Chelsea’s transfer ban and Barca’s possible summer target Azpilicueta
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has been officially sanctioned. As a result, the club will face a transfer ban and cannot buy, sell or renew players. Azpilicueta has Barca’s proposal on the table and he can leave for free at the end of the season.
