While FC Barcelona continue to tend towards their various top-level recruitment opportunities as well as ensuring that departures of certain players take place as smoothly as possible, there are other cases that are being finalized as well.
In particular, the case of a particular Barcelona Atletic winger has found a conclusion following various rumors suggesting he could be included in a deal to bring in another top target for the Barcelona first team.
According to reliable Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona have finalized the departure of 19-year-old Barca Atletic winger Estanis Pedrola, who is set to leave for Italian Serie B team Sampdoria.
As per the details provided by Romano, the current deal sees the 19-year-old go on loan to Sampdoria with a mandatory purchase at the end of the loan spell worth €3 million.
Moreover, Barcelona have retained a €7 million buy-back clause that is valid until 2025 in the scenario that the Catalan giants at any future point feel that they would like to recall the young winger back to the Catalan club.
Lastly, in the case that Sampdoria consider selling the youngster to any interested club, Barcelona have inserted a 50% sell-on clause that would see half of whatever amount Sampdoria receive for the youngster come right back to Barcelona themselves.
The player is set to have his medicals on Tuesday and not too long after will officially be presented as a new player for U.C. Sampdoria after having represented FC Barcelona on various youth levels in the past.
Previously, the player was even being rumored to be considered by La Blaugrana to be included in a potential deal for Real Valladolid fullback Ivan Fresneda. However, it seems the Catalan giants have instead decided to send him away within an individual operation as itself.
