Pau Victor and Dani Olmo were the only two additions that FC Barcelona made to their squad in the last summer transfer window.

However, there is a possibility that the Blaugranes might not be able to count on these players for the second half of the season as they were registered with La Liga only till January, and next month, the Catalans will have to ensure they are once again registered amid their financial fair play problems.

For now, Barcelona are confident they will be able to get these players registered without many problems. They are exploring several routes to raise the required finances, while a judicial route is also available for them to get these players registered, at least provisionally, as happened with Gavi some years ago.

In such circumstances, it would be natural for Olmo and Victor to be worried about their future. However, Mundo Deportivo reports that Pau Victor is particularly calm about his situation and he trusts the club to find a way to get him registered in January and is currently fully focused on his duties with the first team under Hansi Flick.

His trust in the Blaugrana club has not wavered even as one of the big clubs in Spain, Real Betis, have expressed an interest in his situation with their eyes set on getting him on a loan. Pau Victor is not thinking about anything at the moment except continuing with Barcelona for the rest of the season.

Meanwhile, the Catalans themselves are aware of the interest from the Verdiblancos, but they too are not considering his departure under any circumstances. This is especially the case as Barcelona do not have many players in their current squad, and they do not want to further weaken it by allowing any departures midseason in January.
