As the days continue to go by, FC Barcelona inch closer and closer to seeing their players return. Most of their key players were recently on international duty, but they are expected to be back in time for the clash against Girona. With a perfect record in La Liga so far, Barcelona will not want to slow down at all.

However, even beyond the returning players from the international break, Barça have other returns to look forward to as well. Many of the team’s injured stars are also working on their respective recoveries as they look to be back in action soon and be available for Hansi Flick.

While certain players like Frenkie de Jong are still going through a rather complicated time with their injury, others have already started to make great progress towards returning to the field. One of those promising few just so happens to be Barça’s number ‘10’, Ansu Fati.

Having already rejoined group training, Spanish news outlet, Diario AS has recently published a video that showcases the extreme level of agility and acrobatic qualities that Ansu Fati still possesses despite his constant frustrations with injuries.

According to Diario AS, this video clip of Ansu Fati is sparking excitement in Barcelona, and if he comes back like this, the young forward could make the entire Montjuïc Stadium tremble.

This sense of making the stadium ‘tremble’ comes out of the mere fact that Fati remains the chosen one at Barcelona. While many would point towards Lamine Yamal, and rightfully so, it still remains true that Fati’s acceptance as the heir to the legacy of Lionel Messi is what rekindled hope at the club in the first place.

That sense of belonging, his aura as a homegrown Barcelona hero, and this acceptance that he is still the club’s beloved number ‘10’, could all be bottled up and explode if he manages to enlighten the crowd by reigniting the qualities he has shown himself to possess before.

Furthermore, Fati continues to have the faith of Hansi Flick, with the Barcelona coach even willing to wait for him. Moreover, through this high-level display of intensity and quality, Ansu Fati is showing that the club can continue to count on him and that their prodigal son still has those virtues inside of him that made him a superstar in the first place.

It remains undeniable that the €25m-rated young forward has been going through some tough times. Constant injuries, even a loan spell at Brighton in the English Premier League, and other setbacks have stopped Fati from reaching the heights that were expected of him. Now, however, he may get a proper chance again to showcase his best version to Barcelona.
