Raphinha is one of the most prominent players who have taken their game a notch up under Hansi Flick. The FC Barcelona winger has already reached the number of direct goal contributions in only November as he was able to reach in the last two full seasons.

As things stand, the Brazilian winger has seven goals and six assists in La Liga and another five goals and two assists in the UEFA Champions League.

Furthermore, along with Lewandowski and Yamal, he is one of the most important parts of this Barcelona attack, and his defensive contributions make him a highly valuable player for Flick.

However, his good form also seems to have caught the attention of other big teams in Europe, as Fichajes reports that the Premier League side Arsenal have now entered the race to sign him from Barcelona.

The Gunners, who are fighting for the Premier League title this season and also have high aims in Europe, are looking to reinforce their attack with a player who brings dynamism and creativity. Raphinha perfectly meets these criteria, and thus would be a perfect addition to Mikel Arteta’s team.

The report mentions that Arsenal are willing to offer up to €90 million for the Brazilian winger, an amount that Barcelona will find hard to reject, especially as they continue to face financial challenges.

However, Hansi Flick would be especially opposed to the idea of selling such an important player and club captain, particularly given the current circumstances, with the Brazilian performing at such a high level.

Thus, Barcelona will have a decision to make in this regard, but keeping in view Raphinha’s importance in the team, it looks quite unlikely that the Blaugranes will agree to part ways with him any time soon, even if his sale can significantly lower their economic burdens.
