FC Barcelona have several players on loan this season, and Bojan Krkic, the new Football Area Coordinator, has his work cut out for him. As already explained here, Bojan is the one in charge of keeping an eye on the development and matters related to players on loan or those on whom Barcelona have a buyback option.

Among these loanees, Ansu Fati is one who is of particular interest to Bojan and the club at large. Fati has already shown his talent at the highest level with Barcelona, but with the stagnation he experienced in the last few years, playing at Brighton would be a good opportunity for him to get back to his best and keep on growing.

Fati scores a goal against Ajax

As SPORT has reported, the Barcelona loanee made his latest appearance with Brighton and Hove Albion in a Europa League match against Ajax last night. This match was special for Fati not only because he was playing against one of the most famous clubs in Europe but also because he had Bojan in the stands watching him.

Bojan’s presence in the stands seemed to have given Fati some luck, as the youngster was able to score a goal in this match. Fati’s opportunity came in the 54th minute, and he took it with both hands to send his team 2-0 up against the Amsterdam side.

With this goal, Fati has taken his goal tally at Brighton to three goals, and his goal also contributed to Brighton’s first victory in the Europa League.

Bojan travelling to observe loanees

Bojan will also be happy with the match, as he saw Fati thriving once again. The former forward has already traveled to different places in Spain, including Girona, Las Palmas, and Betis to observe Barcelona players in action.

These activities will not only help the club keep a good eye on the development of these players but will also make the footballers realize that the club is interested and invested in their development and growth.
