There are less than two weeks left till the current summer transfer window ends, but FC Barcelona still have to complete several open files.
Barcelona have completed the signings of two players, Dani Olmo, and Pau Victor. As already reported, the Blaugranes are also open to making some more signings, with them particularly emphasizing the signing of a midfield pivot.
However, according to a report from Mundo Deportivo, they will be mainly looking to conclude some exit operations for players who are not in the plans of the new Barcelona coach, Hansi Flick, in the coming days. There are three main players marked for this purpose, Clement Lenglet, Vitor Roque, and Mikail Faye.
Lenglet has already reached an agreement with Atletico Madrid and can join his compatriot, Robin le Normand, at the Madrid club. However, Barcelona are yet to come to terms with the Mattress Makers for this move, which would be anything but easy. If this move to Atletico Madrid falls apart, Lenglet might remain at the Blaugrana club, but without another renewal.
There is a somewhat similar situation with Vitor Roque. The Brazilian wants to stay and play in Spain, and would be happy to join Real Betis, but the Catalans have different plans for him as they want to recoup most of the investment they made in him last summer. Several other teams across Europe have shown an interest in him.
Lastly, Mikayil Faye looks to be the player closest to a move away from the Catalan club. The French side Rennes is offering up to €10 million for him, plus some variables. The young defender has several suitors, but Rennes are the most advanced, and this operation can be closed in the coming few days if nothing unusual takes place.
