FC Barcelona have a lot to do this season in order to make sure that they achieve their objectives. Despite having their own injuries and financial problems to deal with, the Catalan club continues to aim high. However, Barcelona will have a big mountain to climb in some major competitions.

One of those competitions will be the UEFA Champions League, where they will face eight different opponents that have now been revealed. To make sure that they qualify beyond the league phase of the competition, however, Barcelona will need to do well against their upcoming opponents.

While they did know previously who their opponents would be following the UEFA Champions League draw, they were yet to find out when exactly they would face these opponents and in what order would they have to take them on.

Now, as highlighted by Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona have an exact idea of when and where they will be facing their eight opponents in Europe’s premier competition. The first hurdle will be AS Monaco, a side Barça faced in the Joan Gamper, and it will be away from home on the 19th of September.

Their second game will then take place on the 1st of October, and it will be against BSC Young Boys at the Montjuic Stadium. Right after that, however, Barcelona will face arguably their biggest challenge of the league phase against Bayern Munich at the Montjuic once again on the 23rd of October.

In November, the Catalans will face their Siberian opponents FK Crvena Zvezda away from home on the 6th of the month, after which they will welcome Stade Brestois to the Montjuic on the 26th of the same month.

On the 11th of December, Barcelona will then travel to Germany as they will look to take on Borussia Dortmund away from home in what will be their final league phase game of the year 2024 after which they will have two more games in January of next year.

The first of those will be against SL Benfica over in Portugal on the 21st of January. Finally, their final league phase game will be against Serie A side Atalanta back home in Spain on the 29th of January after which their future beyond the league phase will be decided.
