At 23 years old, he has ample room for development, and his current wages of €1.5 million at Napoli make him relatively affordable for the Catalans to integrate into their squad, even though he is reportedly seeking a significant pay raise.
Although he has slowed down a bit in the last few months, there is no doubt about the Georgian’s quality and potential, and his skills will also clearly be compatible with the style of play that Flick has implemented in his Barcelona side.
The only difficulty in this operation would be negotiating with Napoli President Aurelio de Laurentiis, who has a reputation for being an unpredictable and tough negotiator, especially as Kvaratskhelia does not have a release clause in his contract.
Meanwhile, Leao will also be a good option for Barcelona. Although he is not directly represented by Jorge Mendes, he still has direct access to the player, and this relationship can benefit the Blaugranes if they decide to bet on the Portuguese forward.
Leao is far from settled in his AC Milan team, especially since the change in management, and, like Kvaratskhelia, has already shown his willingness to play for Barcelona.
