Gavi the youngest to reach 100 games
As Mundo Deportivo has highlighted, Gavi is on course to become the youngest player to reach 100 official appearances for the Blaugranes. The midfielder is expected to start the match against Osasuna tonight being only 19 years and 29 days old.
If Gavi achieves his century of Barcelona appearances tonight, he will surpass Bojan Krkic, who reached his first hundred games for the Catalan club aged 19 years, two months, and twenty-four days, during the 2009-10 season.
Another current Cule youngster will be sitting third on the list after tonight if Gavi reaches this milestone, i.e., Pedri. The Canarian midfielder reached his first hundred games aged twenty years, two months, and three days in January this year.
Gavi’s ascend at Barcelona
