Hansi Flick’s Barcelona has impressed so far this season, and they look to be one of Europe’s best teams at the moment. Against almost any opponent that has stepped in their way, La Blaugrana have prevailed in a dominant fashion. However, perhaps the biggest challenge for Barcelona yet is fast approaching.

In the form of back-to-back games against Sevilla, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid, the Catalan giants have been faced with their biggest challenge yet so far. Both of the La Liga games in question as well as the encounter in the UEFA Champions League will test Hansi Flick’s side to their utmost limits.

Fortunately for the German coach, there is some good news in regard to his squad. Ahead of the game against Sevilla right after the ongoing international break, the Barcelona coach will end up recovering three of his most gifted midfielders to take on the challenges up ahead.

Moreover, as highlighted by SPORT, these players could help unlock and elevate this already impressive Barcelona side. In their absence, a lot of adjustments have been required and that has possibly held the team back, something that could stop being the case quite soon.

With the return of Gavi, Fermin Lopez, and Dani Olmo, Hansi Flick’s Barcelona will recover three very unique but gifted footballers ahead of a difficult set of games. Furthermore, each player would provide a unique weapon for the head coach to experiment with and hurt his opponents with.

For instance, Dani Olmo will provide the Barcelona coach with perhaps his best-attacking midfielder in this squad. His composure, technical brilliance, and ability to link up play are all exceptional and would let his teammates play with a lot more freedom.

Gavi, on the other hand, would provide an option that relies a lot on tenacity and grit. For a team as aggressive as Hansi Flick’s Barcelona, the young Spaniard could even be the perfect fit in terms of his profile and the utility he brings along with his technical expertise.

Lastly, Fermin Lopez would be a player who can be equally impressive both as a starter and also if he comes off the bench. His long-distance shooting, never-ending work rate, and new-found confidence could also be valuable assets for La Blaugrana to make use of.
