Official: Barcelona announce squad for the game against Real Madrid

FC Barcelona are mere hours away from the most anticipated club rivalry in football. El Clasico awaits them, as Real Madrid visits the Montjuic Stadium for Matchday 11 of La Liga. The Spanish classic remains a game that will feature many superstars of the sport, and many fans around the world eagerly await kickoff.

Heading into the game, in quite late fashion, Barcelona have finally unveiled their squad list. The 23-man squad list includes some major returns from injury that Barcelona fans will undoubtedly be happy to see. Moreover, it also includes some promising youngsters that could also feature.

Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha, and Jules Kounde return to the squad following their respective recoveries. Apart from the three returning stars, Marc Guiu, Hector Fort, Pau Cubarsi, and Marc Casado also join the first team to potentially feature in the biggest game in Spanish football.

The official announcement comes close to four hours away from the match. With Real Madrid having officially released their own list yesterday, many eyes were waiting to see which Barcelona stars could feature for the Catalan giants.
