FC Barcelona are all set for their pre-season tour of the United States, as Xavi has called up 32 players for this trip. During this tour, the Catalan giants will face off against some of the biggest European clubs, and will be looking to provide a spectacle for its fans in the United States of America.
The squad list for this tour will be particularly exciting for Barcelona fans as it includes a number of new arrivals. Oriol Romeu, Ilkay Gundogan, Mika Faye, and Inigo Martinez will all be traveling with the squad, and with the possible exception of Martinez, who is still recovering from his injuries, will all feature in Barcelona’s matches in the USA.
A number of academy players have also been called up Xavi, including Marc Casado, Astralaga, Lamine Yamal, Fermin Lopez, Alex Valle, and Aleix Garrido. The rest of the squad will be made up of the regular components from Xavi’s squad of the last season.
