FC Barcelona take charge against CA Osasuna at El Sadar stadium in what is expected to be a hotly contested clash between two well-coached sides with high aspirations this season.

Barcelona currently have 7 points to their name from their first 3 league games while CA Osasuna have 6 points from the same amount of games. Xavi Hernandez and Jagoba Arrasate will both be looking to add points to their respective tallies this time around as well.

With both sides raring to go and kick off their fourth league game of the 2023/2024 La Liga campaign, Barcelona have released their starting lineup to face off against CA Osasuna in Pamplona.

German goalkeeper and one of the FC Barcelona captains, Marc Andre Ter Stegen starts between the sticks for the Catalan giants as he hopes to provide a rigid defense to the team as well as display his leadership from the back in order to ensure his defense and his teammates remain on their toes at all times.

The fullbacks starting for Barcelona are Spanish youngster Alejandro Balde and Barcelona captain and veteran Sergi Roberto, who will look to lead Barca to a favorable victory over their opponents from Pamplona.

The central defenders are a pairing of Frenchman Jules Kounde and Danish defender Andreas Christensen, who will look to lock down the defense and ensure Osasuna get minimum chances to score against the Catalan giants.

The midfield consists of Oriol Romeu playing his typical position as Barca’s pivot in the heart of the midfield with Dutchman Frenkie De Jong and German midfielder Ilkay Gundogan starting alongside him.

The forward line consists of 16-year-old Lamine Yamal making yet another start at the right-wing position following his immense displays in recent games. Gavi starts as the false winger on the left-hand side of the attack hoping to provide more control to the Barcelona midfield when in possession.

The center forward and spearhead of the attack is Polish striker Robert Lewandowski, who will be hoping to build on his goal from the last game and ensure he comes back to his best moving forward, starting with this clash against Osasuna.
