Undoubtedly, FC Barcelona remains one of the greatest producers of footballing talents. La Masia is well-renowned for nurturing and developing such up-and-coming stars. Even now, the club has such an influx of great youngsters that not everyone can make space for themselves at Barça.

However, that does not stop them from trying to impress their way to the top. Many of the most famed youth products of Barcelona have had to start somewhere or the other. Most of the time, this initiation comes through impressing the first-team manager.

Such is the case even for the newer faces training with the Barcelona first team. As SPORT has highlighted, there were six players that each had access to that special something which could lead them to even bigger prominence.

As the international break continues, Xavi continues to train the remaining members of the first team coupled with some additions from the academy and subsidiary. Here are the six that SPORT has chosen to highlight:

Guillem Victor (16 years)

Primarily a right-back, Guillem Victor is also capable of playing as a left-back, an interior, and also as a pivot. So far, he has played 9 games for Juvenil B this season as well as 6 for Juvenil A. He is highlighted as a technical player with excellent movement.

Albert Navarro (16 years)

The Juvenil A talent is yet another fullback on this list. Left-footed by nature, he is a capable fullback who is able to play both as a left-back as well as a left-sided central defender. He also has an affinity for free kicks and possesses a powerful shot.

Christ Munoz (18 years)

Another player for Juvenil A, Christ Nunoz specializes as an interior. Also capable of playing as a False 9, Munoz is identified as a creative player with a knack for scoring goals by arriving in the box. He has played 12 times for Juvenil A this season and scored 3 goals.

Nil Caldero (18 years)

One of the three forwards on the list, Caldero is among the great disrupters that the youth quarry possesses. His dribbling and ability to dismantle opponents is seen as his defining trait. Moreover, he also possesses the ability to score his chances. He has managed to score 4 times for Juvenil A this season in 15 games.

Arnau Pradas (18 years)

Arnau Pradas specializes as a left winger and plays for Juvenil A. He also possesses the ability to be handy as a right winger as well as an advanced interior midfielder. His dribbling technique is described as being refined and can have the ball stuck to his left foot like glue. Quite effective as a dribbler even in tight spaces. He has 14 games under his belt this season with 3 goals scored.

Oscar Gistau (15 years)

The only specialist number 9 on the list, Oscar Gistau is a proper spearhead for the attack. A player who shifts between Juvenil B and Juvenil A often, his goal tally of 7 clearly highlights his scoring ability. He is described as an excellent finisher with relentless pressing ability.
