Spanish Super Cup Final: When and Where to Watch

Spanish Super Cup Final: Barcelona vs Real Madrid

FC Barcelona will lock horns with Real Madrid on Sunday night in the Final of the Spanish Super Cup at King Fahd Stadium with the hopes of hoisting the first-ever title of the Xavi Era.

A potential triumph against our eternal rivals is always a sweet outcome, but the fact that the team hasn’t won a trophy since the return of Xavi Hernandez as the manager of the Blaugrana makes it an even more important game. Today, the Catalans can win the first trophy of the so-called ‘new era’, which would obviously be a huge milestone and a great affirmation that this project is going in the right direction.

But before already celebrating, let’s not forget how difficult of a game awaits. Real Madrid is always a tough opponent, and especially when they are not considered as the favorites, they thrive in defying the odds and reversing the expectations as the greatest of underdogs. An undoubtedly tough night awaits. Visca Barca.
