FC Barcelona have several youth talents just waiting to get a chance with the first team. However, despite the limited chances, the club and managerial staff often attempt to find opportunities to grant chances to their youngsters. Friendlies, in particular, have often been a great way for Barcelona to do this.

The latest fixture against Club America in Dallas is another friendly that Barcelona have organized. Using this opportunity to bring along more youngsters from the subsidiary, Xavi has included several gifted starlets in his squad that is traveling to the United States of America.

Notable names include several prominent players from the subsidiary. Marc Guiu, Marc Casado, Diego Kochen, Fermin Lopez, Pau Cubarsi, Mikayil Faye, and Hector Fort are just a few of the players who are traveling with the Barcelona first team to Dallas.

However, one name that is missing, and one that many people have noticed, is Noah Darvich. The 17-year-old German midfielder is seen as one of the most prodigious talents within the Barcelona subsidiary. However, the reason behind his exclusion is not as worrying as some might think.

The primary reason for his exclusion, as highlighted by Mundo Deportivo, is the club’s cautiousness in terms of giving him ample rest. With the player having returned from the Under-17 FIFA World Cup in December, he was already coming off the back of an exhausting schedule.

Furthermore, the report states that he returned with muscular overload. As a result, he has not played in any of the three Barcelona Atletic matches since. Moreover, it is also the reason that the talented U-17 World Cup winner with Germany has not traveled to Dallas.

Barcelona continue to put their faith in the former Freiburg player, and expect him to do great things. For now, however, his adaptation period continues and the Blaugranes continue to be patient. His potential, quality, and technical abilities are already trusted, but it will take him time to show his best version in Spain.
