The League game between FC Barcelona and Espanyol on Saturday, December 31st will be the first time wherein the Seient Lliure Invers will be implemented to all season ticket holders who have not used their season ticket or put it in the Seient Lliure during any of the ten official matches hosted at the Spotify Camp Nou this season prior to the World Cup break.
The Seient Lliure Invers means that when a season ticket holder accumulates ten games without using or releasing his ticket during the season, the club could perhaps put the seat of this ticket up for sale in each game and the members receive the proportionate amount if it is sold.
However, if indeed the holder desires to reclaim his seat for a match, he can do so 72 hours prior to the match through the Seient Lliure on the Club’s website, the Socios app, or by calling 900 18 99 00. If a member wishes to reclaim his ticket after this timeframe, within three days of the match, he is able to do so if the seat has not been sold.
Around a thousand members are impacted by this measure since they did not use their subscription, despite being notified by the club prior to the first ten games of the season.
The board of directors expects to be able to use this measure to incentivize the maximum presence of members and enthusiasts during home games at Camp Nou, as well as the use of season tickets that have not yet been used this season.
