It was a long and hard-fought victory for FC Barcelona over a stubborn CA Osasuna side led by Jagoba Arrasate at the El Sadar stadium in Pamplona. Finishing the rather unconvincing game as 2-1 victors, Barcelona have taken their overall points tally for the season to 10, sitting in 3rd place and just two points off the top of the table.

The Catalan giants saw a great number of new memorable moments being made during the clash against Osasuna. 19-year-old Spaniard Pablo Gavi made his 100th appearance for FC Barcelona, making him the youngest player in club history to do so.

Moreover, as highlighted by Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, FC Barcelona saw three new stars make their debut for the Catalan giants in the matchday four clash of La Liga EA Sports. Two Portuguese talents and a veteran Spaniard were the names involved in the game as debutants.

29-year-old Manchester City loanee Joao Cancelo made his first appearance as an FC Barcelona player in the clash against Osasuna, entering the field in the 59th minute as the substitute for Barcelona captain Sergi Roberto directly at the right-back position.

Following his introduction, the Portuguese fullback displayed moments of brilliance that have sparked the interest of all those who saw his performance. In particular, an exquisite trivela cross to Robert Lewandowski quickly showcased exactly the differential qualities Cancelo can bring to this side.

Next came 23-year-old Atletico Madrid loanee Joao Felix in the 79th minute as a replacement for Oriol Romeu, as Xavi Hernandez looked to introduce an offensive spark into the team as they looked to score in order to take away all three points from their clash in El Sadar. His sharpness on the ball was a key takeaway from his performance.

Last came veteran Spanish defender Inigo Martinez, with the former Athletic Bilbao defender making his debut after the 90th-minute mark and playing the 10 minutes or so of additional time at the end of the game. His leadership and defensive reliability were both on display as well as he took charge of the field following his substitution.
