Even at various points in the history of Barcelona, legends of the game such as Lionel Messi, Andres Iniesta, Xavi Hernandez, Sergio Busquets, Carles Puyol, and several others have donned the famous Blaugrana colors and produced eras of magic at the club.

Heading into the years ahead, Barcelona remain attentive to the situation of their developing youngsters arguably even more so than ever before given their rather restrictive economic situation that limits their pursuits of various top-level European signings.

As such, three different names have been highlighted by Spanish outlet SPORT as being the key U-17 players at the club who could be essential parts of the club’s revolution moving forward.

The first of these three names is 16-year-old Lamine Yamal, a left-footed right winger who has already made his name within the Barcelona subsidiary and even impressed thoroughly within the youth setup of the Spanish National team.

Seen as one of the faces of Barcelona moving forward, the electric winger has even already made his debut with the first team, breaking several records in the process.

Then comes the name of 17-year-old center forward Marc Guiu, who has also impressed within the Barcelona subsidiary and also showcased his eye for goal with the youth-level setup of Spain. He was brought along by Xavi Hernandez to face off against the Japanese opposition of Vissel Kobe in a friendly game.

Lastly, SPORT brings up the name of Barcelona’s latest acquisition in the form of 16-year-old German midfield wonderkid Noah Darvich. Arriving from Freiburg II, the young talent is highly rated and was won over by Barcelona despite heavy interest from the likes of Bayern Munich, Arsenal, PSG, and several other clubs.

Combined, these three Under 17 European wonderkids are seen as the future faces of FC Barcelona and could be set to light up the field of the new Camp Nou much sooner than expected by the time the stadium reopens.
