After their 1-0 win over Getafe in the last La Liga match, FC Barcelona are set to visit Pamplona this weekend to face Osasuna at El Sadar.

The Catalan team is already preparing for this game, with a training session taking place at Camp Tito Vilanova ahead of this game. This was the last training session for the team before it embarked on the trip to Pamplona.

As SPORT has noted, the most notable aspect of this training session was the absence of two important players, Raphinha and Marc Casado. Both of these players stayed to work inside the gym and did not join the team for the training session on the ground.

However, the decision to refrain from training with the rest of the group was primarily made to reduce the strain on their bodies and manage their workload. Their participation in the upcoming match against Osasuna is not in doubt.

In addition to Casada and Raphinha, some of the youth players who have been training with the first team for the last few weeks were also absent from this training session, including Andres Cuenca and the Fernandez cousins, Toni and Guillermo. Their absence is understandable as Barcelona Atletic have an away match against Tarazona scheduled for today, Friday.

In regards to the goalkeepers, Inaki Pena is expected to remain the team’s starting goalkeeper, while Ander Astralaga and Iker Rodriguez will be his backups for this upcoming match. Aron Yaakobishvili and Eder Aller have traveled with Barcelona Atletic for their away game.

Another notable aspect of this training session was the way Eric Garcia and Inigo Martinez did their exercises away from the group, mainly running and alternate rest.

With this training session, Barcelona brace for another league game. A victory against Osasuna could secure the team a place in the history books, as it would equal their best-ever start to a league season.
