FC Barcelona will be facing one of their toughest challenges this season as soon as the ongoing international break concludes. Right afterwards, the Catalan club is set to face three crucial games back to back. Barcelona will first face Sevilla, then Bayern Munich, and then Real Madrid in La Liga.

Fortunately for Barcelona, there has been a lot of positive news in terms of recovering players ahead of these upcoming games. The likes of Gavi, Fermin Lopez, and Dani Olmo are all expected to return right after the international break ends and will likely feature against Sevilla.

However, the worst kind of injury scare was given to La Blaugrana just recently. After Spain’s recent victory over Denmark, €150 million-rated Barcelona superstar Lamine Yamal was seen limping after the match. Following that incident, reports even began to suspect that a possible injury could be in the picture as tests were planned for the 17-year-old winger.

Thankfully, it seems that it will end up not being anything too serious for the club to worry about. According to the latest update provided by Fabrizio Romano on the matter, Yamal is now feeling better after the initial discomfort that he felt the previous day and everything seems to be going positively.

Moreover, Romano has explicitly confirmed that it is not expected that the player has a senior injury or any issue of the sort. For Barcelona, there could not have been any better news related to this incident after the kind of reports and possibilities that were being talked about just a day ago.

What would have made that injury even worse would have been the fact that it would have come into play right before a set of crucial games for the Catalan giants in both La Liga and the UEFA Champions League. Now, however, it seems as if the player will be available for those games.

On the other hand, it would now be completely uncalled for if Luis de la Fuente ends up making the young Barcelona sensation feature for Spain’s next game against Serbia. At the very least, the player should be rested for that game so no kind of aggravation ends up taking place and making things worse for the youngster following his recent discomfort.
