As per Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, Nice defender Jean-Clair Todibo has attracted the interest of Juventus to join a list of suitors already comprised of the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Newcastle United, West Ham, Aston Villa, and Napoli.
The 23-year-old French defender was formerly a Barcelona player, and in the agreement of his transfer to Nice in 2021, Barcelona added a 20% sell-on clause on top of acquiring €8.5 million in a fixed amount and a further €7 million across variables.
As per speculation, Todibo is expected to be sold for a value higher than €30 million, one that could even reach €50 million, and Barcelona are set to receive 20% of the said value which could roughly translate to anywhere between €8 million to €10 million.
The French central defender has been pivotal to all of Nice’s objectives and plans, remaining a crucial player within their system. Moreover, while the player is indeed well-settled with his current French club, he would be willing to take the next step if the right offer arrives for him.
